Bodegas y Viñedos Ponce

Founded in 2005 in Villanueva de La Jara (Cuenca) by Juan Antonio Ponce, Bodegas y Viñedos Ponce owns 30 ha of vineyards and manages an additional 35 ha of rented and/or family vineyards. Their philosophy is to create wines with identity that reflect the full potential of their vineyards. This is always achieved with the utmost respect both in the vineyard and during the winemaking process.

All their wines are made with indigenous yeasts and complete the fermentation process in wooden vats of various capacities, always made of French oak. Another characteristic is that they avoid filtration and clarification processes. The goal is to create wines that are balanced in terms of alcohol and acidity.
