Three generations of a family are behind Bodegas Silvano García, founded in 1925. It is one of the wineries responsible for elevating the prestige of the D.O. Jumilla, turning it into a land of great wines with a lot of personality. In its vineyards, monastrell reigns supreme, the emblematic grape of the region, as it is here, in this land of arid climate and poor soils, where it offers its best expression.
Bodegas Silvano García began a new chapter in the year 2000 with the launch of new wines, resulting from a selection of higher-quality grapes and the modernization of production systems. Thus, that year saw the market introduction of the Viñahonda brand for whites, rosés, and reds; and Silvano García for sweet wines.
