Bodegas Emilio Valerio is managed by the Valerio family, with a winemaking tradition dating back to the 16th century. Their vineyards are spread across small plots on the slopes of Montejurra, a massif that continues the famous Sonsierra of Rioja. The winery is committed to organic and biodynamic viticulture. In the winemaking process, each vineyard is vinified separately in concrete tanks or wooden vats, while the aging of the wines takes place in French and Navarrese oak.
