Since 1870, the Ress family, originally from Hattenheim, has dedicated a significant part of their efforts to the world of viticulture. Even today, the fifth generation of the lineage, led by Christian Ress, oversees the destiny of a winery essential to understanding the history of German wines. Among the 46 hectares of vineyards currently owned by the winery are some of the most coveted sites for the production of the native Riesling.
Today, Stefan B. Ress KG exports to more than 40 countries worldwide and supplies many renowned hotels and restaurants with exclusive wines.
