Bodegas Numanthia was founded in 1998 by the Eguren family and has around fifty hectares of vineyards in the municipalities of Valdefinjas (where the facilities are located) and Toro, nearly half of which are planted with vines aged between 70 and 100 years. Additionally, there is a small 4.8-hectare estate in Argujillo with vineyards planted 120 years ago, which is the origin of the exceptional wine Termanthia.
In 2008, it was acquired by the Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy Group and has since maintained a consistent approach to its wines.
