Abadía de Aribayos is one of the most interesting initiatives in the current Spanish wine scene. Created in 2013 by Bernardo Fariña and Adela Martínez, it is dedicated to the production of craft beers and special wines characterized by their itinerancy: yesterday it was produced in Arribes de Duero, today in Toro, and tomorrow wherever its creators feel they have found the most interesting vineyards with the most personality in a unique wine region like the province of Zamora.
