However, what I highlight the most in all our wines is their palate, where they are structured, balanced, very pleasant, and with round and mature tannins. These are not wines for a single sip; they are designed to be savored and enjoyed.

He began his career at Bodegas Abadía la Arroyada and spent two years at Bodegas Valduero, until in 2007 he took on the technical management and the enological aspect of Bodega S. Arroyo.
