Professional career
He worked for one year at Bodegas Mendieta (located in Daimiel and Alcázar de San Juan); for 15 years at Bodegas SAT Santa Rita (in the town of Mota del Cuervo, Cuenca); spent 5 years at Bodegas Enomar (in Mota del Cuervo) and another 5 years as a member of the Committee of the C.R.D.O. La Mancha; later, he spent 2 years at the bodega Venta El Quijote (Toboso); and the last four years until today at Bodegas Fontana.

He studied Vocational Training II in the field of Viticulture and Enology.
