Professional career
Susana Pérez is the Technical Director-Oenologist at Pazo San Mauro, S.L. (Grupo Vinícola Marqués de Vargas, S.L.). Previously, she worked at Bodegas y Viñedos Heretat de Cesilia (D.O. Alicante) and Viñedos de Íthaca (D.O.Ca. Priorat). Additionally, she has conducted research at the Misión Biológica de Galicia-CSIC within the viticulture team (resistance of various clones of Galician varieties to cryptogamic diseases) and at the Parque Natural de la Mata de Torrevieja as part of a project for the recovery of vineyards and minor varieties in the area.
