Professional career
His professional career in the wine sector began in 2001 when he joined the Numanthia winery project (the first Spanish winery to achieve 100 Parker points in 2004). Subsequently, he worked on several projects in Ribera del Duero. After that stage, he moved to Rioja to lead the technical team at Bodegas Tobelos. Currently, he is the technical director of Bodegas Valparaíso in Ribera del Duero and Bodegas Franco-Españolas in Rioja.
