Wines with typicity that preserve the essence of the variety, with little wood influence and minimal intervention to respect the characteristics of the variety to the fullest. They are elegant and easy-to-drink wines.
Professional career
Pilar Abellán started working as a wine sales representative in the Madrid area for a winery in Villena (Alicante). After one year, she began working as an assistant winemaker at the same winery until 1991. She then completed three production campaigns with the business group Bodegas y Bebidas. For seven years, she worked as a winemaker at the Bodega Cooperativa de Pinoso. Finally, in 2004, Pilar Abellán joined the team at Bodegas Viña Elena.
