Professional career
Paloma Bignone is an agronomist, 32 years old, and was born in Mendoza, Argentina. For more than eight years, she has been dedicated to winemaking. Her first harvest was in 2017, and since then, she has worked in prestigious wineries both in Argentina and abroad, including the United States and New Zealand. Each international experience allowed her to learn about different cultures, broaden her perspective, and acquire knowledge of new processes, as well as appreciate the diversity surrounding wine in each place.
Currently, Paloma is committed to Argentine viticulture. Since 2021, she has been part of the team at Bodega Séptima, belonging to the Raventós Codorníu group.
