Professional career
Started their journey in the world of wine at Bodega Vinícola Navarra, where they worked during two harvest seasons, overseeing analytical control in the vineyard and winery during the winemaking, stabilization, and clarification processes. Later, in 2001, they began their path at Bodega de Sarría (Grupo BORNOS Bodegas y Viñedos) in the Technical and Quality Department, and from 2006, they took on the role of Technical Director. Today, they are the winemaker for other wineries in the group, such as Guelbenzu.

Graduated in Biological Sciences from the University of Navarra and, subsequently, graduated in Oenology from the University of La Rioja. She continued her education with a PhD at the Rovira i Virgili University of Tarragona, where she obtained the Advanced Studies Diploma for her research on delestage techniques and aging on lees.
