Professional career
A lifetime dedicated to the world of wine, with almost 40 years of experience exclusively focused on the production and commercialization of wine. After 20 years at J. García Carrión, a winery founded by his grandfather, in 1980 he decided to embark on a new business venture, establishing a winery in Equatorial Guinea in 1984. In 2006, together with a partner, he founded Bodegas Hacienda del Carche in Jumilla. And in 2012, he took control of the historic Casa de la Ermita. From the merger of Hacienda del Carche and Casa de la Ermita, Esencia Wines Cellars S.L. was born in 2019.
