A constant pursuit of freshness and delicacy, with expression as the starting point and the value that the land and climate provide. We do not like to overuse oak and let the fruit evolve with clarity.
Professional career
- Bodegas Protos, S.A. (Peñafiel, Valladolid). Campaign of 1994 and from September 1996 to September 1998, part of the team of Enólogos.
- Bodegas Tarsus, S.A. - Grupo Bodegas y Bebidas (Anguix, Burgos). Enólogo - Technical Director from October 1998 to February 2001. Launch of this winery and production of the 1998, 1999, and 2000 vintages.
- Bodegas y Viñedos de Conde de San Cristóbal – Grupo Vinícola Marqués de Vargas S.L (Peñafiel - Valladolid). Launch of the Marqués de Vargas project in Ribera del Duero. Enólogo – Technical Director from March 2001 to the present.
- Bodegas Peique: Currently, owner and enólogos of Bodegas Peique
