Its large clusters offer good yields (in terms of production quantity and pressing). This means that the wines it produces are neutral and sensitive to must oxidation. The grapes are medium-sized, elliptical in shape, and yellow-green in color with freckles. Its aromatic power of citrus notes improves with cold maceration. It produces young wines (to be consumed early), fruity, and with a slight spritz that makes them graceful.
Weaknesses
It is resistant to spring frosts due to its late budding. The presence of rain close to its harvest (at the end of September) can cause the fruit to rot. Particularly sensitive to mites.
