This collection pays tribute to those wines that are not usually well-known to the general public but are little gems that many wine lovers will recognize and are also highly appreciated in the world of gastronomy. Wines with soul, with history, and with that special character that makes them unforgettable.
Marqués de Griñón Caliza Selección Especial 2021 is a very modern wine, friendly and elegant in style, created in Dominio de Valdepusa, the first wine-growing area in Spain to obtain its own Denominación de Origen de Pago. Meanwhile, Miriade by Pago de Vallegarcía 2023 has been one of the great surprises of this year, very flavorful and in that same friendly and elegant line. It is a special batch of a wine from Pago de Vallegarcía, a boutique winery whose wines are featured on the menus of the best restaurants in Spain. We conclude with Guelbenzu Evo 2020, from a very personal winery, both for its winemaking philosophy and its location: the tiny Ribera del Queiles, in Navarra. Its quality has been recognized with 92 points by James Suckling and 92 points by Tim Atkin MW, as well as a Gold Medal at Mundus Vini.
