Vol i Dol Blanco 2024 is a blend of chardonnay, xarel·lo, and muscat crafted using the traditional method from vineyards in Costers del Segre and Alto Penedés, where these white varieties reach their maximum expression, thanks to their cultivation on low-fertility soils and a high thermal variation between day and night.
After destemming and pressing the grapes, at the Nuviana winery, the must was cooled and clarified to begin its alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16º for 15 days. The varieties that make up this Catalan white wine were vinified separately to achieve a balanced and harmonious coupage. The final blend rested in stainless steel tanks until the moment of bottling to preserve its freshness to the fullest.

Tasting notes
On the eye, Vol i Dol Blanco displays a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. Clean and bright.
On the nose, it unfolds intense aromas combining yellow and white fruits (pineapple, apple, pear) and citrus, along with a subtle floral perfume.
Fresh, broad, and fruity entry on the palate (white fruit and citrus) with great intensity. Long persistence with a pleasant floral finish.
