General Information

Roselito 2023 is the younger sibling of Le Rosé, the renowned high-end rosé from Bodegas Antídoto, the winery launched in 2011 in the Ribera del Duero region of Soria by Bertrand Sourdais and David Hernando. It shares with it a meticulous selection of the finest fruits that comprise it and a careful production process. Thus, we are presented with a measured blend of tinto fino or tempranillo grapes and the white albillo, all sourced from the old vines cultivated by the winery south of the Duero River, on sandy soils abundant with pebbles.

After the manual harvest of the fruits, at Bodegas Antídoto the vinification process was carried out. First, the direct pressing of whole clusters was performed, mixing red and white grapes, for fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 21 days, followed by a two-month aging on fine lees. Roselito 2023 boasts a marked intensity and fine balance, fostered by the particular climatic characteristics of the vintage. Its complex and subtle floral aroma and the acidity it displays on the palate make it the ideal rosé to accompany salads, fish, seafood, and dishes like meatballs in sauce.

The winery

Bodegas Antídoto
Bodegas Antídoto is a unique project characterized by distinction and origin. Founded in 2011 by Bertrand Sourdais and David Hernando, two professionals with extensive experience in the wine world, the winery is located in San Esteban de Gormaz (Soria), south of the Duero River.

After his time at Dominio de Atauta, Bertrand Sourdais created Bodegas Antídoto as the expression of his need to continue crafting unique, distinct wines that reflect the Sorian lands that so captivated him since his arrival in the region in 1999.

The wines of Bodegas Antídoto come from old vineyards of tinto fino (tempranillo) and albillo, cultivated as a whole following organic viticulture principles.
