Aire de Protos Rosé 2025 is a spectacular assembly of tempranillo, garnacha, albillo mayor, verdejo, viura, and sauvignon blanc that has matured on its lees for two months, resulting in a fresh, very fruity wine with a subtle elegance that will captivate you from the first pour.
Finally, Valdelosfrailes Clarete 2025 is the latest vintage of the sensational rosé produced by Bodegas Familiares Matarromera in Valdelosfrailes—its founder, Carlos Moro, has roots in this municipality in the province of Valladolid. It is a traditional Cigales wine, the birthplace of some of Spain’s finest rosés.
