Roger Goulart Demi Sec Millésimé is an essential reference for lovers of semi-dry cava. Fewer and fewer specialized houses are producing this type of sparkling wine, characterized by containing between 32 and 50 grams of sugar per liter. Roger Goulart keeps this label within its most classic range and follows the same strict process in its vinification as with its other most iconic creations.
For the design of Roger Goulart Demi Sec Millésimé, the winery Roger Goulart chose the trio of white varieties par excellence of Catalan cava: xarel.lo, macabeo, and parellada. Each of them was vinified separately, and after the coupage and subsequent tirage, the wine underwent its second fermentation in the bottle and then completed, in rima, a minimum aging period of 14 months. The result is a sparkling wine under the D.O. Cava that is young, fresh, aromatic, and of great finesse and finish. Ideal for pairing with all kinds of pastries and desserts.

Roger Goulart Demi Sec Reserva is a cava with a pale yellow color and greenish highlights, clean, bright, with a good release of fine bubbles and a light crown formation on the surface. On the nose, it is very fresh, with intense notes of fresh white fruit, slightly floral, and a background of yeast and bread aromas. On the palate, it is sweet due to its high sugar content, but with a lively acidity that makes it full-bodied. Persistent finish with very fruity notes and hints of brioche.
