Roger Goulart Brut Reserva Organic is a cava with a very pale yellow color and slight greenish reflections, clean and bright, with a good release of very fine bubbles and a light crown formation on the surface. On the nose, it presents intense fruity notes reminiscent of fresh white fruit, over a citrusy background with a light floral sensation and subtle aging notes on fine lees, very fresh overall with medium-long intensity. On the palate, it shows a lively and fresh acidity with a slight touch of sweetness that makes it very pleasant due to its balance and elegance, with fruity mouth aromas, slightly fleshy, long, and persistent. A persistent finish with a very elegant bouquet with delicate aging notes and creaminess.
