Tamaral Edición Limitada Crianza 2023 is a Tempranillo that originates from the vineyards owned by Bodegas Tamaral in Pesquera de Duero. It undergoes 12 months of aging in oak barrels and stands out for its elegance, thanks to the balanced combination of tradition and technology.
Áster Finca El Caño Reserva 2020 is a Tempranillo produced in Ribera del Duero by La Rioja Alta S.A., with aging in French oak that adds complexity, elegance, and spicy notes. Sourced from a unique estate, it is a powerful and balanced wine.
Finally, Bela Crianza 2022 is a very expressive Tempranillo that stands out for its fruit and balance. It has won over critics, receiving high ratings such as the 91+ points awarded by the guru Robert Parker.
Tasting notes
Áster Finca El Caño Reserva 2020 displays a beautiful cherry red color with garnet rim and very good depth in the glass. Its nose is fine and complex, highlighting aromas of ripe red fruits and liqueur, along with floral notes (violet), red licorice, spices, and a pleasant toasted background. On the palate, it is balanced, flavorful, luscious, ample, mature, with an elegant and smooth mouthfeel, and perfectly integrated fine tannins. The finish is enveloping and long.
Bela Crianza 2022 displays a beautiful ripe cherry red color with an intense garnet rim, high depth, vibrant and bright. On the nose, it is intense and fragrant, with notes of red fruits (cherries) and black fruits (sloe berries), hints of floral tones, and spicy notes (vanilla). On the palate, it is flavorful, with good structure and a balanced profile between the fruity components and the notes contributed by its aging in oak barrels (spicy and subtle lactic echoes).
Tamaral Edición Limitada Crianza 2023 exhibits an alluring cherry red color with high depth. It is intense on the nose, with good complexity, aromas of red and black fruits, licorice, and other sweet toasted notes from its barrel aging. On the palate, it is creamy, powerful yet elegant, with friendly and mature tannins accompanied by a long finish.
