The queen variety of Spain... and of Ribera del Duero
Tempranillo, Tinto Fino, Tinta del País... It doesn’t matter what you call it, it is the leading red grape variety in Spain and, of course, in the D.O. Ribera del Duero. We present a collection formed by three sensational single-varietal wines that represent the best of this very special grape: Supernova Crianza 2021, Legaris Roble 2024 and Jaros Selección 9 Meses 2024.
Supernova Crianza 2021 is an extraordinary Ribera from the vintage Excellent. From the first sip we feel the instant attraction: it is broad and silky on the palate, with the fine tannins characteristic of great wines, and a finish that lasts as long as the glow of a supernova.
Legaris is the winery that belongs to the powerful Raventós Codorníu group in Ribera del Duero. Legaris Roble 2024 is sourced from the best lots of Tempranillo at the winery, specially selected from its vineyards in Curiel de Duero, in the heart of the DO.
Lastly, Jaros Selección 9 Meses 2024is one of those wines that gather all the qualities of the great reds from Ribera del Duero: power, intensity, balance and structure. With a predominantly fruity character, it features an oak maturation that adds complexity and elegance. It comes from the El Quiñón estate, located behind a small forest of centenarian holm oaks in Pesquera de Duero.
Legaris Roble 2024 is a luscious red that comes across as a pure explosion of fruit in the glass. Made with fine Tempranillo, it is a friendly, rounded and easy-to-drink red that pairs perfectly with white meats.
Jaros Selección 9 Meses 2024 is a red wine from Ribera del Duero made with Tempranillo by Viñas del Jaro. Fresh, elegant and with character, it reflects a vintage of very high quality and the personality of the estate from which the grapes come.
Supernova Crianza 2021 is an extraordinary Ribera from an excellent vintage. From the first sip we felt the instant allure: it isbroad and silky on the palate, with the fine tannins typical of great wines, and a finish that lingers as long as the glow of a supernova.
