With the aim of reaching a wider audience, Bodegas El Regajal embarked on the design of a wine that, while maintaining its quality standards, would represent the more casual side of the brand, with a spontaneous and easy-to-enjoy air. Thus was born Las Retamas del Regajal 2021, a magnificent coupage of tempranillo, cabernet sauvignon, syrah, merlot, and petit verdot that you cannot miss.

Las Retamas de El Regajal 2021 is a sublime coupage aged in French oak barrels, characterized by its complexity, meatiness, juiciness, and an enveloping palate.
Located near the Royal Site and Villa of Aranjuez, Bodegas El Regajal is one of the most solid, avant-garde, and exclusive projects of the D.O. Vinos de Madrid. A small production winery, situated on a property of high natural value, where the vineyards are cultivated according to biodynamic principles to obtain wines that are true to their terroir.
In the region of Aranjuez lies the estate that houses the winery and vineyards of one of the most important wine projects of the D.O. Vinos de Madrid: Bodegas El Regajal. An estate of high natural value, surrounded by hills and crossed by a stream, where esparto grass, broom, thyme, and olive trees share space with the vineyard: 14 hectares of vines of tempranillo, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, and syrah, cultivated according to biodynamic principles to produce wines true to their terroir.
The winemaking process takes place in facilities built entirely underground to preserve the landscape, where each variety is vinified separately, and the wines age in French oak barrels. Currently, El Regajal produces a limited quantity of red wines Las Retamas, Galia, and El Regajal Selección Especial (94 points Sobremesa in its 2010 vintage).
