Cantina Pizzolato is a family winery with an extensive tradition in the northern region of Treviso. Today, its owner is Settimo Pizzolato, the sixth generation of winemakers who maintains the philosophy of producing quality products in harmony and respect with the natural environment.
The production of this sparkling wine from the D.O.C. Treviso begins, after a manual harvest and careful selection of the grapes, with vinification using the Italian charmat method, which involves fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature and a second fermentation in sealed tanks for 20 days. Once finished, it is bottled and marketed immediately. The result is this Pizzolato Prosecco Treviso, a delicate sparkling wine full of freshness and easy to drink, ideal to accompany all kinds of appetizers, pasta dishes, and succulent desserts.

La Cantina Pizzolato is a family winery founded in 1981 in the Treviso region, in northern Italy. It began as the Pizzolato Settimo & Gino farm, primarily dedicated to livestock care, vine cultivation, and agricultural work with fruits and vegetables. Soon, the family realized they had an optimal place to produce high-quality wines, taking advantage of organic farming methods. Thus, the winery obtained organic certification in 1991.
Today, the owner of the winery is Settimo Pizzolato, the sixth generation of the family, who has worked to maintain a balance between the environment and the natural ecosystem, respectfully vinifying healthy, top-quality grapes from their vineyards.
La Cantina Pizzolato has launched a project to remodel its winery, redesigning it with an eco-sustainable approach. The goal is to highlight the connection this house has between man and nature.
