Paco & Lola Albariño Mágnum 2023 is the latest release of a great success from the D.O. Rías Baixas. The flagship wine of Adega e Viñedos Paco & Lola unapologetically champions the freshness, fruity character, and elegance that define the queen grape of Galicia.
Founded in 2005, Adega e Viñedos Paco & Lola works with some of the best vineyards in the Valle del Salnés, where this Paco & Lola Albariño Mágnum 2023 is born. For its production, a strict grape selection process was carried out, and the free-run juice obtained was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 21 days. Aging on fine lees for three months until stabilization and bottling resulted in a fun and versatile wine, ideal to enjoy with all kinds of dishes such as rice, white meats, seafood, or sushi. A guaranteed success.
Tasting notes
Paco & Lola Albariño is a straw yellow wine with greenish hues. Bright and clean.
Medium-high intensity on the nose, dominated by floral aromas (orange blossom), tropical notes (mango, lychee), citrus hints (lemon peel, mandarin, grapefruit), and stone fruits.
Intense and very fresh on the palate, it is balanced and smooth. The fruity and citrus nuances anticipated on the nose reappear, culminating in a long and persistent aftertaste.
