Paco & Lola Albariño 2023 is the latest vintage of a modern classic from the D.O. Rías Baixas. The emblem of Adega e Viñedos Paco & Lola perfectly expresses the great fruit load, freshness, and elegance that distinguish the queen grape of the main Galician wine region.
The firm, born in 2005 in Meaño, controls some of the best vineyards in the Valle del Salnés, and that is precisely the origin of this Paco & Lola Albariño 2023. After a strict selection of grapes, only the free-run juice was produced, which fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16 ºC for 21 days, and was kept on its fine lees for 3 more months until stabilization and bottling. All this to offer a chic and fun wine in the glass, ideal to enjoy with all kinds of appetizers, pasta, rice, fish, sushi, white meats, and seafood. It never fails.

Medium-high intensity nose dominated by floral aromas (orange blossom), citrus (lemon peel, grapefruit, mandarin), tropical (mango, lychees), and stone fruits.
Very fresh and intense on the palate, its mouthfeel is fatty and balanced. The fruity and citrus notes that appeared on the nose are present again, culminating in a long and very persistent aftertaste.
Adega e Viñedos Paco & Lola is a winery founded in 2005 by the Sociedad Cooperativa Vitivinícola Arousana. It is the most important cooperative in the D.O. Rías Baixas, consisting of more than 430 members who own 220 hectares of vineyards in the Salnés Valley, the birthplace of the finest albariños; an extraordinary viticultural heritage in a region like Galicia, characterized by smallholdings.
