Minairó 2021 is a fresh and versatile red wine produced by the Licorella Vins winery in the heart of the D.O.Q. Priorat. A careful blend of garnacha, cariñena, syrah, and merlot, perfected in French oak barrels, resulted in an interesting red with intense aromas of red and black fruit with spicy and aniseed notes that captivates with its elegant tannins and length.

General Information
For the production of Minairó 2021, the garnacha, cariñena, syrah, and merlot grapes were manually harvested and fermented separately in small tanks for 10 days at a temperature below 28º. Subsequently, they underwent an aging period in French oak barrels that lasted for 6 months before the final blending. The result is a red wine full of freshness and very versatile in pairing.
Llicorella Vins is a project of the Gil family in the heart of Priorat. Located in the town of El Molar, in the beautiful Mas Perxet estate, the winery is surrounded by a rugged landscape of slate soils and cultivates estate-owned vineyards planted on steep slopes.
