Vinified according to the traditional method and aged on lees for 24 months, Lola Albariño Brut by Paco & Lola 2017 is an elegant and complex sparkling wine made from a selection of Albariño grapes from Val do Salnés. Adega e Viñedos Paco & Lola presents a fresh and balanced sparkling Albariño with fine and creamy bubbles, a great presence of citrus and floral notes, and a pleasant mineral and saline finish.

Straw yellow color with slightly greenish highlights. Elegant and delicate nose where white roses and jasmine appear, followed by Golden apple with hints of lemon peel. The aging on its lees is evidenced by a pleasant memory of marzipan and a background of fine pastry that ends with a mineral note. On the palate, a very well-integrated, elegant, and creamy fine bubble carbonic is perceived. The passage is fresh with good balance, highlighting the citrus and floral notes. It brings back memories of apple and peach with a touch of fresh grass and a mineral and saline finish.
