Straw yellow color with slightly greenish highlights. Elegant and delicate nose where white roses and jasmine appear, followed by Golden apple with hints of lemon peel. The aging on its lees is evidenced by a pleasant memory of marzipan and a background of fine pastry that ends with a mineral note. On the palate, a very well-integrated, elegant, and creamy fine bubble carbonic is perceived. The passage is fresh with good balance, highlighting the citrus and floral notes. It brings back memories of apple and peach with a touch of fresh grass and a mineral and saline finish.
