General Information
El Hombre Bala Albillo Real 2023 is a magnificent white wine from Madrid, made entirely from albillo real grapes sourced from a selection of old vines, over 60 years old, located in the Madrid municipality of Cadalso de los Vidrios. These vines are situated at an altitude ranging between 900 and 1000 meters and are cultivated on granite soils, where sustainable and environmentally friendly agriculture is practiced, following biodynamic principles.
This fantastic white is part of the joint project of Uvas Felices and Comando G. Uvas Felices was born from the association of several renowned Spanish winemakers, including Ca N´Estruc, L´Origan, El Perro Verde, Fenomenal, El Jardín de Lucía, Sospechoso, Venta las Vacas, Paisajes, La Locomotora, Viña Al Lado de la Casa, and El Hombre Bala. The Comando G winery is a small but ambitious project with one goal: quality. At the helm are two university colleagues, Fernando García and Daniel Landi, who decided to apply their work philosophy to serve one place: the Sierra de Gredos.
Falling under the D.O. Vinos de Madrid, El Hombre Bala Albillo Real is born under the umbrella of sustainable agriculture practices, such as the completely manual harvest of the fruits at their optimal ripeness. Once in the winery, the whole clusters are macerated for 24 hours in cold and then pressed. The resulting must undergoes fermentation at a controlled temperature using native yeasts. Finally, the wine obtained is aged for 6 months with its lees in French oak barrels. El Hombre Bala Albillo Real 2023 is ideal for pairing with white meats, baked white fish, and fish rice dishes.

Medium-high intensity nose with prominent fruity aromas, hints of orange peel and lemon, flowers, and clove.
