Gramona Ca La Mar Mustillant Rosado 2024 is the only naturally sparkling rosé wine produced by Bodegas Gramona. A simple and refreshing pleasure crafted from grapes with organic certification. Illustrated with four labels that you will find in different combinations inside your box.

Sweet, balanced, broad, and very fresh. The Mediterranean in a glass. This is Gramona Ca La Mar Mustillant Rosado 2024, a naturally sparkling wine made from syrah and merlot grapes that, after years of work by Bodegas Gramona, is now certified by the Catalan Council for Organic Agricultural Production.

Once the grapes are harvested and selected, they undergo skin maceration to achieve their maximum aromatic potential and characteristic rosé color. Next, the free-run juice is extracted—this is the juice obtained from a gentle pressing—which leads to the first fermentation, carried out at 16ºC. For the second fermentation, Bodegas Gramona uses a strain of selected yeast to achieve that gentle carbonation that distinguishes the organic wine Gramona Ca La Mar Rosado 2024. A remarkable rosat, perfect as an aperitif but also ideal for pairing with seafood, fish, rice dishes, and all kinds of fresh and light meals.

Bodegas Gramona boasts over a century of history. Located in the town of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, in the Penedès region, it is globally renowned for its excellent long-aged sparkling wines, very close to French champagnes. But their creations go beyond that. With respect for tradition and the innovative drive to always offer new creations, the Gramona family can also take pride in its collection of still wines and other sparkling wines, such as the naturally sparkling wines, which are true gems to be enjoyed.

Winemaker

The Gramona family represents five generations of winemakers. Since the mid-19th century, they have been working their lands in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia (Barcelona), and today they produce sparkling wines under the prestigious Corpinnat quality label, as well as still wines under the umbrella of the D.O. Penedès. Few wineries have made such significant contributions in recent years to elevate Spanish sparkling wines to the level of the great champagnes.

The sparkling wines of Gramona, crafted by Jaume Gramona, one of the foremost experts on bubbles in our country, achieve remarkable levels of elegance and are characterized by their extended aging periods. These sparkling wines, which garner prestigious international accolades, are made following artisanal processes: natural cork stoppers during aging, riddling racks for clarification, and manual disgorgement.

The Gramona family operates under a biodynamic philosophy across approximately 303 hectares. Of these, 72 hectares are owned by the family, while the rest come from Aliances per la Terra, a viticulturist association founded in 2015 and led by Gramona, which adheres to environmentally respectful practices. In 2014, Gramona obtained the Demeter certification, which guarantees biodynamic farming and winemaking for each wine. A few years later, in 2018, it became the first winery on the Peninsula to receive the BIODYVIN biodynamic certification. The Biodyvin label is a highly demanding certification, specific to the wine sector worldwide, and certifies biodynamic practices in both viticulture and winemaking (winery).
