The first wine in this collection is Enrique Mendoza Oraval 2024, a red wine born in the Laguna de Villena, on gypsum and limestone soils that bring freshness and minerality to the monastrell. Manual harvest and respectful winemaking define this vegan red wine, a true reflection of the Mediterranean. It is followed by Valdelosfrailes Crianza 2020, from Cigales, which highlights the elegance of tempranillo with 12 months of aging in French and American oak; it is the result of vines that thrive in poor, stony soils. Finally, Cyan de Matarromera Crianza 2021 takes us to Toro, where the tinta de Toro variety is cultivated in organic vineyards and refined in French oak, showcasing the strength and balance that have made this land famous.
