Tasting notes

Codorníu Non Plus Ultra Brut Reserva is a pale yellow wine with fine bubbles.

On the nose, it is clean and fresh. It perfectly balances varietal aromas of apple, almond blossom, and citrus with the bouquet from its aging on lees, where notes of dried fruits, toasted bread, and honeyed touches stand out.

An elegant and creamy cava with a notable freshness and persistence on the palate.
