Titiana Nature values and pays homage to pansa blanca, the native variety of the Alella region. In search of purity and varietal expression, the Titiana winery (part of the Parxet group) produces an interesting, fresh, and suggestive single-varietal wine from the Can Torres vineyard, situated on sauló soils and cultivated without chemical products, with work based on respect for the terroir and the environment.
Sauló, Sierra de Marina, the influence of the sea, and the city of Barcelona. This is the essence of the history of the Titiana winery. Embraced by the D.O. Cava, Titiana's utmost goal is total purity, which they achieve by exclusively producing single-varietal wines that reflect their unique character.
Tasting notes
It presents a yellow color with straw reflections.
Suggestive nose of ripe white fruits, characteristic of the pansa blanca variety.
On the palate, it is fresh and ample, but with structure and a long aftertaste.
The winery
The history of this project is closely linked to Tiana, to the Sierra de Marina, to its sauló, to the influence of the sea, to the city of Barcelona, and to the parent house of Mas Parxet. The name Titiana comes from the Latin proper name Titius, documented in the 11th century as Vila Tiziana or Titiana.
