In appearance, it presents a very deep cherry red color, adorned with ruby and garnet reflections that hint at its richness.

Borsao is the driving force behind the Campo de Borja D.O. (Zaragoza). It was founded in 1958 as a cooperative in the Borja area. In 2001, it merged with other local cooperatives to form the current Borsao. Today, the company manages an impressive 2,260 hectares of vineyards, contributed by 365 winegrowing families. This extraordinary viticultural heritage ensures access to high-quality raw material for every vintage.
The vineyards are located in the vicinity of Mount Moncayo, a terroir characterized by a combination of cold, windy winters and warm, Mediterranean-style summers. This contrast fosters slow, balanced grape ripening.
A champion of the Garnacha variety, the winery also cultivates other grapes and strives to produce wines with distinct character and consistent quality—factors that have made it one of Spain’s most renowned wine brands. Today, its wines are available in over 60 countries and have garnered top-tier international acclaim.
