The Garnacha is part of our heritage; for many years, we have defended and carefully nurtured it. We monitor the growth and development of the vineyards to contribute to the production of high-quality wines.
Professional career
José Luís Chueca Sancho is the head winemaker at Bodega Borsao S.A. He was born in 1970 into a family with a strong winemaking tradition, as both his father and grandfather were also winemakers in Campo de Borja. He studied Enology in Madrid and, upon finishing in 1991, worked in three-year cycles at wineries in the regions of Calatayud, Cariñena, and Campo de Borja. Since 2001, he has been working for the Bodegas Borsao group.
