Established since 2005 in the heart of the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin, Bodegas de Bardos is one of the ambitious projects of Grupo Vintae, an innovative and dynamic winemaking company that today produces wines in numerous designations of origin across the national territory.

Leading the oenological direction of the Ribera-based firm is Raúl Acha, one of the most renowned winemakers in the current wine scene, who crafts Suprema 2021 from Tinta del País (tempranillo) vines over 80 years old, located at more than 940 meters above sea level in Moradillo de Roa and Fuentemolinos.

The extreme climate of this region results in tempranillo wines that are the freshest within the geographical indication. This, combined with the expertise and craftsmanship of a great team of professionals, forms the ideal blend to create this wine, perfected with 18 months of aging in barrels made of French and Eastern European oak. The result is a wine that is mature yet very lively, thanks to its excellent acidity, and stands out for its wide range of nuances and polished tannins.

Visual: Color violáceo de capa muy alta, casi opaco. Nariz: Destacan aromas muy madurados, notas licorosas y de compota, frutas negras, ciruela, orejones, además de toques ahumados, café y cacao. Boca: Un hilo de acidez recorre toda la boca, demostrando que es un vino maduro pero muy vivo, lleno de complejidad y matices. Resulta muy envolvente, con taninos muy pulidos y sin aristas, un vino de culto.
