Adorado de Menade Solera 1967 is a fortified wine handcrafted with Verdejo and Palomino Fino, which on the nose reveals intense and pleasant aromas of ripe fruit, toasted notes, dried fruits, and spices. On the palate, it offers elegant solera notes and a savory rancio character. Aged under a veil of flor for more than 50 years through the criaderas and soleras system, this wine embodies the meticulous work of grandparents, parents, and children; an ode to the history of the Sanz family and their Bodega Menade.

Color ámbar, oro viejo. Estilo “rancio” u oxidativo.
Bodega Menade is the project of the Sanz siblings, the fifth generation of a family of winemakers, who in 2005 embarked on the search for century-old vineyards across different regions of Castilla y León until they found the vines that met their high standards.
A winery located on the terraces of the Duero River, in Rueda (Valladolid), which was a pioneer in the area in obtaining Organic certification and employs artisanal winemaking methods: grape treading, use of native yeasts... Their main asset is very old vineyards distributed across three different areas of Castilla y León. Their wines are sold in 25 countries and boast an impressive collection of international awards.
