Climate
In general, typically Atlantic climate, softened by the humid Trade Winds (60% humidity), although there are numerous microclimates due to the diversity of the terrain. Mild temperatures throughout the year and scarce rainfall.
Soil
Volcanic soils, reddish in color, rich in minerals and trace elements. The vineyard is cultivated both near the sea (100 meters above sea level) and at altitudes around 1,000 meters.
