Winemaking with minimal intervention, aiming to capture the terroir from which the wines originate. Wines with concentration in the plant, not extraction in the winery. In wine, as in many aspects of life, the good comes simply. Minimalism in the winery to convey the essence of the vineyards to the wine.
Professional career
Professional introduction to wine in 2012 at Château Canon La Gaffeliere (Saint Emilion). In 2013, participates in a harvest in New Zealand and upon returning, goes back to Bordeaux, to Château Fontenil (Fronsac). There, comes into contact with Valtravieso's consultants and takes charge of the technical direction starting in February 2014.
