Professional career
After finishing his studies and for another five years, Óscar Aragón worked with Rioja wines. Later, he moved to Jerez, where he worked as an enologist and learned much more about the wines from that region. He then traveled from South Africa to California, working on various harvests and improving his English. Currently, he is the manager and enologist of the family winery Cillar de Silos.
