She began her career as an enóloga at the Cooperativa Comarcal del Cea, in Mayorga (Valladolid). Later, she took on the enology and technical direction of Covitoro in Toro. Before joining Bodegas Hermanos Pérez Pacuas, she worked at Bodegas Frutos Villar.
