Nuria López Sarroca has carried out her work in different fields within the world of Oenology and Viticulture, striving to learn and surpass herself in each of the experiences undertaken, working with a wide range of grape varieties and soil types. After her significant tenure at the Viticulture Department of Rovira i Virgili University in Tarragona, Nuria worked at the wineries Pere Rovira and Celler El Masroig before joining Can Blau.
Similarly, she has alternated her work in Spain with international harvests in Napa Valley (Miner Family Winery), Barossa Valley (Torbreck Vintners), Casablanca Valley (Viña Casas del Bosque), and Marlborough (Delegat’s Wine Estate).
Agricultural Technical Engineering and a Degree in Oenology from the Rovira i Virgili University of Tarragona.
