Since its inception, at the Tábula project, we have applied our own philosophy: to conceive and personalize the winemaking process from the vineyard, seeking its maximum expression. For this reason, at Tábula, the need arose to first acquire a full understanding of the nature and the vineyard, involving all senses of exploration, methodology, tradition, and innovation. And, since then, we have not stopped acquiring vineyards where we practice a healthy viticultural culture rich in contrasts, where the most significant elements of integration ultimately shape each of our wines.
