Professional career
At Viñas del Vero since its beginnings, alongside teaching and research work in different wine-growing regions of the world. As an educator, he has participated in numerous courses, tastings, conferences, and colloquiums, both in Spain and other countries, and has published numerous technical articles in the most important specialized journals. He is currently a member of the Regulatory Council of the Somontano Denomination of Origin and also belongs to the Tasting Technical Committee and the Appeals Committee.
