The Pastor Díaz family has been dedicated to vine cultivation and Rioja wine production for generations. Interestingly, the last four generations of the family have been led by men with the same name: Gonzalo Pastor.
Professional career
In 1994, Gonzalo Pastor and his family decided to embark on a new chapter and build their own winery, equipped with the most modern facilities for winemaking and aging. Over the years, successive expansions have been carried out, always aimed at improving the quality of the wines.
