Professional career
In 2020, the Villoldo Ruiz family acquired Pago Finca Élez and its winery. The current owners, Olallo Villoldo and Llanos Ruiz, are agronomists and passionate about the countryside and agriculture.
Olallo was born in El Bonillo, the municipality where Pago Finca Élez is located, and Llanos in a small French village near Toulouse.
