The Juvé family forms a dynasty with two centuries of winemaking history. It was Joan Juvé Mir and later his son, Antoni Juvé Escaiola, who founded the winery in the heart of Penedès, to which four generations of the family have dedicated their professional lives. Under the leadership of Joan Juvé Santacana, the scope of the company expanded to the D.O. Ribera del Duero, where they established the Pagos de Anguix winery.
JOAN JUVÉ SANTACANA is currently the president of Juvé & Camps. His journey in the family company began at the age of 18, balancing his studies with work at the winery. After the death of his father, he, along with his uncle, took on the management of the company, focusing primarily on the commercial side, a role he fulfilled until 2002. From then on, following his uncle's passing, he assumed the position of Chairman of the Board and Executive President of Juvé & Camps. In 2016, he passed the leadership to the new generation of the family, represented by his daughter Meritxell Juvé, to dedicate himself fully to his role as president of Juvé & Camps.
MERITXELL JUVÉ VAELLO currently holds the position of CEO, thus completing the generational transition that the company had been preparing for some time. She represents the fourth generation at the helm of the family business and is committed to maintaining the brand's prestige. Meritxell holds a master's degree in Enology, Viticulture, and Wine Marketing.
