His professional career began with the production of different red wines in the D.O. Madrid, combined with research work in the field of viticulture. From 2007 onwards, he focused his work on the Verdejo variety for the production of white wines in the D.O. Rueda, interspersed with winemaking in New Zealand in 2009. He is currently in charge of the wines at Bodegas Señorío de Nava.
